Informaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica (LOTAIP) plantea la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana y el derecho de acceso a la informaci\u00f3n relacionada con asuntos p\u00fablicos, para ejercer un efectivo control y exigir la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas a las instituciones gubernamentales o aquellas que perciben recursos estatales.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>En cumplimiento de la Ley Org\u00e1nica de Transparencia y Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica (LOTAIP), todas las entidades poseedoras de informaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica est\u00e1n obligadas a difundir, a trav\u00e9s de su portal institucional, la informaci\u00f3n m\u00ednima actualizada, como lo dispone el Art. 7 de la LOTAIP.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph
